Certain content on our site is offered as paid or gated digital products (downloads, playbooks, tools, or access to systems). By completing a purchase or download request, you authorize us and our payment processors to collect and process the billing details necessary to fulfill the transaction. Digital products are licensed for your internal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used to train third-party models without our prior written consent.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Due to the immediate, digitally consumable nature of downloadable content, all sales of digital products, playbooks, templates, and downloadable resources are final and strictly non-refundable.

Purchases of live online courses or virtual training sessions are also non-refundable, with one exception: You may request a full refund if you submit a written cancellation notice to compliance@infinitylabssolutions.ai at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the officially scheduled start time of the course. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the course begins are entirely non-refundable and will not be eligible for store credit.

Where you have explicitly opted in, we may contact you via email, SMS/text messaging, WhatsApp, and social media direct messages (DMs) with updates, transactional notices, and marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply for SMS/text and WhatsApp messages.

You can opt out at any time. For emails, click the "unsubscribe" link. For SMS, reply "STOP". For WhatsApp or social media DMs, reply "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE", or block our profile/number. Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent data, and opt-in information are never shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our site, digital products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the site or any content. AI-generated outputs are advisory in nature and should be validated before business use.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
